What is your refund policy for Hair Objet?

For the health and safety of our customers, Hair Objet pieces are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

What is your refund policy for haircare?

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our beauty products, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. Any unopened and unused products must be in their original packaging in order to be eligible for returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery. A $10 restocking fee will apply. After this period, we cannot accept any claims or request for returns. Please note that exchanges are not available. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items received damaged will not qualify for a refund. Once your return is physically received and verified, refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. To initiate a return, contact us at support@deborahpagani.com with your order number and photos of your order, and we’ll be happy to help.

What is your refund policy for fine jewelry?

Refund policy

Unworn, unaltered and unsized, fine jewelry is eligible to be returned for a store credit or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery. Exchanges or store credit will only be provided if the fine jewelry item is returned safely and undamaged. All pieces that are custom or made to order are final sale. Items that do not meet our return policy will be sent back without a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping must be arranged by you.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently available for Hair Objets and fine jewelry only. International shipping is currently not available for hair care products. Processing times vary depending on the destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order ships. Extreme weather and other unforeseen delays may impact processing and delivery times.

Who handles your international shipping?

We do

We ship all international orders with Passport Global, our third party international shipping partner.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

DDP

To create a better delivery experience for you we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with the cost being converted to the currency of your destination for transparency. By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

What is ShipAid?

ShipAid Insurance

ShipAid Insurance is a shipping protection and package insurance service available for all orders. This service helps to ensure that your order arrives safely. If any issues occur (such as loss, theft, or damage), ShipAid may reship the item, issue a refund, or in some cases, deny the claim. Please note that orders without ShipAid coverage are not insured. If an uninsured order is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will be your responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier and/or bank.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the product and the destination. Shipping costs will be shown before checkout. US orders over $150 (before taxes, shipping costs and after any eligible discounts) will qualify for a free shipping.

How long until my order arrives once it has shipped?

US Based Shipping Times

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order ships. Hair object pieces and hair care product orders typically take 4-5 business days to process. In stock fine jewelry order take 2-3 business days to process. Extreme weather and other unforeseen delays may impact processing times. We currently ship within United States via ground shipping only. We do not offer expedited or express shipping.
