We have collaborated with 1,989 Sisters NFT artist Blair Breitenstein on an exclusive hair pin, becoming the first independent female founded accessory brand to move into the NFT space!
As an avid art collector, who recently began investing in NFTs, Pagani was immediately drawn to the way Breitenstein’s 1,989 Sisters generative art series represents the duality of womanhood. She explains, “We are all individual but interconnected at the same time, and this is something both Blair and I are passionate about celebrating in our work.” After purchasing one of Breitenstein’s NFTs and sharing it on social media, the two women connected, and the collaboration came into place organically.
Like the 1,989 Sisters works, the DP x Sisters iteration of Pagani’s signature hair pin will be one- of-one, individually dipped in a special iridescent coating. An ongoing collaborative effort, the 1,989 Sisters generative project is also evolving to incorporate an illustration of the iridescent pin in the artwork.
